GALBI JJIM (Korean Short Rib Stew) by Happie at Home
Hi Everyone! I am so excited to share this instructional video on how to make Galbi Jjim (Korean Short Rib Stew) with you! This is truly my favorite Korean dish as it really brings me back to my childhood. My brother Elliott and I grew up eating this dish and not just on special occasions. We loved mixing the sauce with rice and the melt-in-your-mouth pieces of short ribs. This dish can be cooked many different ways, getting extra fancy with all of the details, but I am going to show you how to make it in the easiest way possible while still adding some impressive touches at the end!
You can find all of the ingredients in this video at your local Korean grocery store. If you don't have access to one, many of the dry ingredients can be left out, however, they are what makes this dish extra special! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out and Happy Cooking!!
