This Delicious Beef stew with added flavouring from the stilton. It works well with mash potato or pasta.
TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE
Use a light colour ale or beer for this recipe, it has to be a flat beer and not a sparkling larger.
Use your favourite Stilton for this recipe, as long as you break it into small enough pieces, then any will work.
We purposely don't add salt and pepper to the list of ingredients because everyone's tastes are different, and you should add salt and pepper to your own taste. We added a pinch of salt and pepper to this recipe.
