This is our Slow cooker Cottage Pie Recipe, we wanted to do it in one pot, instead of making the beef mix and the potatoes at different times, we combined a dry(ish) beef mix and a recipe for scallop potatoes.
TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE
You will find there's quite a bit of liquid when it is cooking, but if you leave it for 30-40 minutes after cooking you will have a delicious Cottage Pie.
Test how soft the potatoes are before serving as some might not cook in time.
We purposely don't add salt and pepper to the list of ingredients because everyone's tastes are different, and you should add salt and pepper to your own taste. We added a pinch of salt and pepper to this recipe.

700g Minced/Ground Beef (preferably 5% Fat)
1 Carrot
1 Onion
2 Celery Sticks
1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree
1 Tablespoon Mixed Dried Herbs
2 Tablespoon Paprika
1 Beef Stock Pot/Beef stock Cube
3 Medium Potatoes (Peeled & Sliced Thinly)
200ml Double Cream
1 Teaspoon Garlic Puree
1 Tablespoon Thyme
4 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
