These steaks are super soft and full of flavour, the Ragu sauce works really well we served ours with pasta and it really was quite tasty.
TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE
Find the stewing steaks with the best fat marbling, this will create the softest and most succulent meat.
Don't use traditional frying steaks (sirloin, rump, filet) for this recipe, they won't be as soft
