The chicken is really soft and beautiful and the thyme, parsley and the white wine create a delicious sauce.
TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE
You can replace the white wine with grape juice.
Any type of mustard will work in the casserole, Dijon is just our preference.
Save one of the Spring onions to cut and garnish the top.
We purposely don't add salt and pepper to the list of ingredients because everyone's tastes are different, and you should add salt and pepper to your own taste. We added a pinch of salt and pepper to this recipe.
