We have made several slow cooker whole chicken videos, but this is one is with a twist, we have created a Thai marinade that provides an incredible flavour to the chicken whilst not making it too hot. You can leave the chicken in the marinade over-night and that will improve the flavour and the softness of the chicken at the end.
TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE
We haven't added any fat or oils to this dish, so it is one of the healthiest chicken dinners you can make and is with out doubt the best way to enjoy the slow cooker whole chicken experience.
We purposely don't add salt and pepper to the list of ingredients because everyone's tastes are different, and you should add salt and pepper to your own taste. We added a pinch of salt and pepper to this recipe.
